Sinta in Frame is a visual diary built from photographs, short films, and fragments of writing.

The project explores the quiet spaces inside ordinary life:
love that appears unexpectedly,
grief that lingers in small corners,
and the fleeting moments that pass before we realize they mattered.

Most of the work is filmed alone, in everyday surroundings.
Small scenes. Light through a window. Hands moving through a room. A place remembered.

It’s not meant to be polished or perfect.

Just honest.
